Policies

  • Special event dates may require a two night minimum stay.
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • No Pets allowed.
  • Well behaved children welcome.  Childcare is not provided.
  • Handicap accommodations are not available at this time.
  • Advanced reservations required. (No walk-ups)
  • Check-in time 3pm - 6pm CST.  Late arrivals will need to make prior arrangements.
  • Check-out time noon CST.
  • Deposit of first nights stay required for confirmation.
  • Total payment is due at check-in.
  • Cash or Checks accepted.
  • Credit Cards accepted via online payment only via emailed invoice (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, eCheck, PayPal).  Instructions will be emailed after reservation request.  If paying by credit card, you will need to pay in full before arrival. 
  • Cancellation: No refund 0 - 7 days prior to date of reservation.  More than 7 days notice, you will be refunded your deposit minus $35.00.  You can use the amount not refunded towards  a future stay for yourself at the Rocking H within a year from the cancellation date.
  • Returned checks will result in a $35.00 fee.
  • Guests are responsible for all damages to the property.
  • No artifacts including rocks, minerals, etc. can be removed from the Rocking H or ranch.
